1. Controller

2. Your designs stay on your device

Designs, photos, texts and exported files are stored only on your device. The app does not send them to us: we have no servers, user accounts or cloud. You do not need to give us your name or e-mail address. Photos added to a design are re-encoded without metadata (such as camera GPS location). Temporary copies made while saving are deleted right after saving or cancelling.

If Android backup is on, the system may store app data (including designs) in your Google account under Google's terms. We have no access to it. You can turn it off in Android settings.

If you put other people's data in your designs (for example names and phone numbers on business cards), you decide how it is used; we never see it.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

You buy OlingoPrint Pro in Google Play. Google handles payment, card details, invoices and refunds — we do not see them. The app only asks Google Play on your phone whether the subscription is active; this information is not sent to us. Google processes purchase data as a separate controller: Google Privacy Policy.

Google Play Console gives us sales reports and order data (order ID, country, amount) needed for accounting and complaints. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). We keep them for the period required by tax law (5 years).

4. Permissions

The app does not ask for access to photos, files, camera, microphone, location or contacts. You pick a photo in the system picker and save a file in the system “Save as” dialog — the app receives only that one file. The internet is used only to connect to Google Play and to open links.

5. Crash reports

If the app closes with an error, Android may send Google a technical report (device model, system version, where the error happened), which we see in Google Play Console. The report does not contain your designs. You can turn this off in Android settings (Google → Usage & diagnostics).

6. What we do not do

The app shows no ads, uses no analytics or tracking tools, no cookies and no advertising ID, does no profiling or automated decision-making, and does not sell or share data for advertising.

7. Transfers outside the EEA

The only recipient of data is Google (Google Play, crash reports), which may also process it in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area ourselves.

8. Children

The app is intended for businesses and adults, not for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

9. Security

The app has no server, so there is no database your designs could leak from. Connections use encrypted HTTPS only, and the app contains no keys or passwords. If a personal data breach could put you at risk, we will inform you and the supervisory authority within the deadlines required by law.

10. Contact and your rights

When you write to us, we process your e-mail address and message to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for as long as needed to handle the matter, no longer than 12 months. You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl) or the authority in your country. We reply within one month. Uninstalling the app deletes all designs from the device.

11. Changes to this policy

We will announce material changes on this page and in the app's update notes. Previous versions are available on request.

12. The olingoprint.com website

The website is static and has no forms or accounts. It is served by Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and technical request data (browser, time, page address) as our processor to deliver the site and protect it against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), also outside the EEA under the Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. The cookie consent banner (CookieYes) stores a cookie with your choice in your browser. Analytics or marketing cookies — if we ever add them — only work after you consent, and you can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings button on the site.

13. United States (California CCPA/CPRA and other state laws)

We do not sell or share personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising or profiling. In the last 12 months we collected only order data from Google Play (commercial information) and, if you wrote to us, your e-mail address and message (identifiers). You have the right to know, delete and correct your information and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights; write to contact@olingoprint.com. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.

14. Japan (APPI)

We use personal information only for the purposes above, do not provide it to third parties except Google as described (which may store it outside Japan, including the USA, under its own safeguards), and do not use the external-transmission tags covered by the Telecommunications Business Act. You may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use or deletion at contact@olingoprint.com.
